Monica Hardcastle loves being hands-on and helping young people find their spotlight. With a professional background in architectural drafting, Monica knows how to build strong foundations. She has channeled that skill into youth advocacy for years as a classroom volunteer, Sunday school teacher, and high school booster club president. Most notably, she spent five years as President of a K-12 private school board working on budgeting, fundraising and team collaboration. Now, a dedicated “theater mom”, Monica is fueled by a love for learning and empowering youth in their interests. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, caring for animals, crafting, and solving puzzles.

Miceal Carnahan is an active member of Catalina Foothills Church and serves as Vice President of Accounting for Rancho Sahuarita Management Company. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance across the nonprofit, government, and private sectors, she is passionate about using her financial expertise to support organizations that invest in youth, the arts, and the community.
