Michael Rhodes has been with CYT Tucson since 2010, when he joined the artistic team as music director for “Annie”. Since then, he has been involved with numerous shows, including Shrek, James and the Giant Peach, Bye Bye Birdie, A Christmas Story, Doctor Dolittle, The Little Mermaid, Seussical, Matilda, and Newsies. Michael holds a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Arizona; he considers himself well-rounded with a history of collegiate involvement with Astronomy, Physics, and Humanities. Michael also holds an Associates degree in computer science, and works full-time in the field of cybersecurity. Michael considers CYT his extended family, and is excited to join the artistic team once again for this production, marking his involvement in 24 CYT shows.
