Michael is a current senior in the B.F.A. Musical Theatre program at the University of Arizona, minoring in music composition. As a part of the Arizona Repertory Theatre, Michael’s credits include the Wolf/Steward (INTO THE WOODS) and Company (PIPPIN). He has also performed in concert with Kristin Chenoweth (Tucson Music Hall), and with Hunter Bell and Barrett Foa (L.A. Rockwell Table & Stage). Michael has received the Orange County Cappies Award for Best Choreography in a Play twice, and received the Highest Recognition Award from the MACY Awards. Michael is a certified Actor Combatant by the Society of American Fight Directors. He has served as Fight/Dance Captain (INTO THE WOODS) and Fight Director for the University of Arizona student film I’M JUST TRYING TO HELP.

Byron is currently pursuing his MFA in Theatre Design and Production at the University of Arizona. Although Byron works professionally in theatre production, he also loves performing and is always looking for opportunities to act and dance. Originally from Chicago, Byron is a CYT Chicago graduate and is very excited to be involved with CYT Tucson!
