Description

In this class students will build on the skills they mastered in beginner tap! Not only will they build upon the classic steps they already know, but they will learn new ones! Time steps, the shim sham shuffle, and more! Students will also work on how to learn choreography quickly, which is great preparation for auditions. To take this class students must have proficiency in a beginning tap class at CYT or equivalent experience.

Hi! I am so excited to be a part of CYT team! I have years of dance and theater training. I have danced with Dance Force-1, Ballet Arts, and Tanque Verde High School. My dance training has given me many opportunities in theater and in cheerleading. I was a Varsity Cheerleader in high school and continued to cheer in college. I attended Southern Virginia University for three years working on my Liberal Arts degree. I met my husband while attending school in Virginia and we have been together for 9 years. We enjoy performing together and love raising our 5 year old daughter together.
