Class Description

Students will collaborate to write a song, record the music, and film & edit a music video!
(Students who do not wish to be featured either visually or vocally in the video can still take part in the writing, planning, and editing processes!)

Sam Sierra-Feldman

Sam is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in vocal studies and a minor in creative writing. She performed in numerous CYT shows between 2007-2011 and made her CYT directorial debut as the music director for “Freaky Friday!” Sam currently serves as a church music director on the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, as a staff singer for the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Chorus, as assistant director and composer in residence for the Helios Ensemble, and as the music teacher for the Tucson Hebrew Academy. She also enjoys co-authoring the “Sam the Ant” children’s book series with her father, Enrique “Hank” Feldman and is passionately devoted to her cats and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
